What is Anusavry's policy and conditions for Returns?

We offer you the possibility to return any unused product within the return warranty duration. You can check the return warranty duration from the symbols (screenshots below) shown on the product description page. The warranty duration for returns count from the date you received the item including weekends and holidays.

Note: Some items may have manufacturer’s warranty. If Anusavry’s warranty for returns has expired, you can contact manufacturers directly at their contact details on the warranty certificate attached with the package.

We accept returns for the following reasons and conditions:

Here are the examples of valid and invalid conditions for returns.

Valid:
Item is sealed and in original condition
The packaging is sealed
Item is sealed and in original condition, with all packaging and accessories

Invalid:
The seal has been opened
The packaging has been damaged
